Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

Blood everywhere!

Another $55M charge, and that's on top of the $94.4M dollar loss for the first 9 months of 2014. So we know that losses are at least $150M, or more. Then there is the Heald Goodwill, that will be impaired to the tune of nearly $200M. Total losses for the year will likely way more than $350M. FY2011 loss was $111M; FY2012 loss was $10M; FY2013 loss was 'only' $2M; FY2014 loss will be over $350M (projected with Heald goodwill impairment). Total losses over the last 4 years? Nearly $500M ($111M+$10M+$2M+$350M = $473M) We all know that cash went from over $200M to its current level of very near $0M. No cash and no credit. Better start walking.

I got lucky and found something within the last month and got out of there… I know summer looking, but what I don't understand is those who are holding out hope and think things will be fine… I would like to hear from someone who does not want to leave how is this possible? What fax do you have to say things will be fine? Give me a reason why we should not give up on this company.

Oh calm down. This was expected by those of us smart enough to already be interviewing for a new job.
