Oh, and with the latest 8K filing, CCi has in so much as suggested that the filing will be late.
Due by September 12, but I expect a "reason" will be filed why the report will be late.
When CCi had large market capitalization, it was 60 days. Now it's 75 days, and soon to be 90 days.

It's not really due today. It's due in about 3 weeks. But Jack did say we'd hear from him in August.
What difference does it make? CCI is selling or closing. What difference will this make?
