JPMC is more concerned with political correctness than in running a business. The majority of people that were laid off in Tampa were white, middle aged, American born males. In recent years, JPMC has made front page news because of security breaches in its UCard platform. This platform consisted of EBT, HSA, Child Support and Unemployment Products. Each of these products are HIGHLY regulated by the United States government and it's agencies, yet the majority of project, product, architectural, development and testing leads were foreign nationals from Mumbai, Pune and Chenai through Cognizant Corporation, who maintains a headquarters on Highland Manor Drive in Tampa - within walking distance of the JPMC east Tampa campus. I'm for giving everyone an opportunity, but where the hell was the Risk Analysis in building these teams? In the last year JPMC lost potential UCard client states in Ohio, Texas and Montana. God forbid I would indicate the reason why, lest I be labelled as intolerant. The Social Experiment has failed. Time to regroup, rethink and re-strategize--even if that means offending the politically correct!

Chase is doing something way underhanded. They are laying people off in the Tampa area however have new hires training for these vacated positions. So the laid off workers are sitting there expected to do there job while watching new people coming in to take there jobs?????? is this politically correct or a lawsuit waiting to bring down the most biggest BULL S#!% company around. All banks do these things laying people off but to flaunt new hires in your face COME ON no RESPECT.
2014 layoff mostly covered less rated staff.
3/16/2015 will be a shocker.
Chase layoffs are always happening. Laying off people is not something specific to Chase, look around every major bank is doing it all the time.
Give me one company that does not care about political correctness - This is corporate America, deal with it.
