ECMC to visit Everest campuses in Co and Ca this week

ECMC will tour Everest campuses in CO and CA tomorrow and Wed. The DOE has given ECMC and CCI until the end of this week to finalize the purchase the bulk of Everest campuses. If that agreement isn't reached by the end of this week the DOE will start approving the sale of our campuses to individual and smaller buyers.

I told you that they are interested to expand into education. The curriculum managers that are in corporate think they will still run the show but they do t stand a chance.

How does a loan debt company purchase 70 schools? Hmmmmm. Sounds like bullshit.

ECMC is NOT a college. If they're purchasing anything it's real estate but most

Likely they are buying student debt. It's not going to affect us at all.
