Not approving program additions or changes, requesting documents, delaying funds, adding an internal Monitor, not recertifying locations for Title IV funds, ???, ???, ???, ...

the answer probably depends on how many students and staff have figured out how to contact the Monitor.
Pulling title IV for more campuses, that would be my guess. CCi is so cash strapped that they don't care what laws and regulations they violate. They are really pissing the feds off and it won't be long till they've had enough of this company spitting in their face.
Public flogging for all executives. Will be set up as a fund raiser (who WOULDN'T pay to see that....) to provide cash for student loan refunds.
