Today it closed at 0.18, so I'm not sure about the claim about insider trading.
That was planned over a year ago. Very small quantity to pay for taxes.
Jack and others filed form 4 and list D for disgard. At .18 now stock is at .15 I think there is some insider trading going on.
No way can they dump stock now.
