30890 That's exactly why the cost went up. CCI was forced to start offering its own loans because they weren't compliant with the 90/10 rule.

So the net price went from $11,059 to $21,068 from 2008 to 2010? No wonder they have so few students. I'm sure someone will come on and tell us they had to do it for 90/10 compliance, or something. CRAZY!
