There is no sale.
If COCO and ECMC don't finalize the deal this week the DOE will start approving the sale of Everest campuses to smaller/individual buyers who've already put in offers to purchase group or single campuses.
Too much has to happen before this is possible. It'll never happen
ECMC might realize that putting 25 cents in the gumball machine might reveal it's a cheating machine and will give nothing in return. See also: BioHealth.
