Did I read the post correctly that states if CCI fails to pay it, it comes directly out of the following CCI FA moneys? Either way, what is the deadline for the refund? If CCI can't make payroll now, that refund is going to put us in the shitter for sure, right?

I thought around a half million, vet conservatively. Depends on how far into programs each student was. They each probably paid between $10,000
And $40,000. It's about $5,000-10,000 per term, I think.
This should be paid with the $30M fund that's required. I highly doubt that it's funded, however.
It's full refunds for 160 students, not $160,000. I estimate the full refunds to be between $1.6M and $2M, and yes, according to the operating agreement, ED will withhold the cash from CCi, if necessary.
