Sounds like payroll could be an issue at some point, since the 8K and SEC filings indicate big trouble with no capital to pay bills, including payroll. When that happens, who knows? But, it seems likely that there will be a payroll issue at some point. I have no idea though. I'm just guessing from what the latest filings are showing.
003, that's funny! You were LIED TO!! HERE AT CCI???? OMG! I can hardly believe someone LIED to you!
(994 again) this was paid in July BTW
(994 here) I know the chance of severance at this point is zero. I was responding to the "obvious" part. Its not obvious because it has been done since payroll problems started. That is all. The only thing I expect at this point is another check thru this moment. The next hour or day is not promised.
I was lied to then!
It's very common for companies to offer severances early on or when they have money. But, as they start to go under, they offer less or nothing at all. You never want to be the last one at the company, unless they've offered you a bonus to stay on, and that will be upper management.
So you are saying I won't get a severance?
994, they had money earlier 'in this mess.' They have NO money now. But keep hoping. That's the smart way to move forward.
We have had some riffs but no severance pay. The ones that were laidoff in Feb and April were the lucky ones
They've paid severance to many during this mess. I know a few reps RIFd at teach out schools and they were paid so not necessarily true.
Bonuses will be paid October 11th
Hey, my p-card is not working. What's the deal?
963, either your stupid or the worst comedian ever. I'd say don't quit your day job, but you won't have one much longer anyway . . .
Will my bonus be fully paid, or will it be reduced by 10%?
