No, rather, when Jenkins says, "sufficient financial resources to make this payment at all times," he is only talking about the rent. In other words, don't ask for the rent PLUS anything else. But if you asked about something else, let's say the office supply bill, then he'd say the same thing, ignoring the rent. This is a game of "sufficient financial resources" to pay one person, but don't ask us to pay two at the same time.
You really think that is the ONLY rent payment CCI is late on???
