Its less than that. The $381K in the lawsuit stated it was 2 months of in the rears with a fine of sorts. For taking up two entire floors of those buildings in that area is fair market price. Campuses, depending on location and size, can run 100k a month.
Is this like a "How many Everest students does it take to screw in a light bulb?" joke?
If there are 65,000 students, then it's about $75 each student just to pay the rent on HQ.
