It is pretty obvious that FY14 has been an operational disappointment and 2015 will be worse. Jack has done his best but it is time for a change of leadership (at least at the CEO level). CCI will have a tough time attracting a top-notch turnaround CEO so would need to look internally. I am curious who the board thinks would be the best replacement. A member of the Executive Team or one of the division presidents? I guess a division admissions president is also possible. Thoughts? Whoever it is will have a very tough job.

Eava would make an excellent choice. I'm not delusional, I know the company is selling assets/schools. Still, if the buyer is not from the education sector they will need expertise from the campuses, admissions and the Executive Leadership Team. I am sure some won't make it, especially Jack, but I doubt they will let that much experience out the door at one time. My guess is they will keep Bob Bosic around since he has extensive campus and operations experience. Beth might also receive an offer due to her extensive knowledge of the industry. Carmela's extensive knowledge of both online and the IT systems would also make her a value. I am not saying the company is going to make it, just that some of the more experienced leaders will
Eeva Deshon. .. Heald CEO
There will be no turn-around for CCI; there will just be a fire sale.
It is hard to believe that anyone would suggest that putting a new CEO in place might help this situation, particularly a Division Admissions President. The Admissions Dept. is perhaps the biggest part of the problem with their predatory enrollment practices and their disingenuous marketing.
It's a troll. gotta be
This is a troll right? Tell me employees don't actually think there's a future.
2015? Are you kidding? CCI is closing. Idiots.
This is why CCI is where it is. Delusional employees completely detached from reality. Jacks sole purposes at this point is to facilitate a sale of CCI (not happening) or oversee the closing (in progress.) There is no 2015. There may be no September 2014. Christ, are ALL CCI employees this afraid of having to get another job? Seriously, everything CCI is dealing with has been warned to you, on this board, for a long time over and over and over again. None of this should have taken ANYONE by surprise. It's over, move on, it's embarrassing at this point.
Turnaround??? This is. A shutdown. There is NO turnaround.
