IEC doesn't operate any online schools. They never intended to buy Anthem.
Nobody wants to buy a subprime boiler room like CCI.

IEC wanted Anthem, but FCC filed Chapter 11BK on Monday and blew the deal up...Anthem is now scrambling to find someone to teach them out...CCI can't get anyone to bite...same story, different story line.
