CCI actively goes after populations it KNOWS won't understand student loans or class work. All that population knows is it will get a check. CCI also has no interest in regulations or compliance. Therefore, when the ED makes requests, CCI ignores them. When regulators get the finger, for months on end, regulators cut off the lifeblood. CCI for years broke every rule, treated employees like shit, and never built a good business. And blaming short sellers is laughable (parroting Jack, why?). Short sellers don't target strong businesses...they target vulture garbage like CCI, Lehman Brothers, and Herbalife. You are not being shut down for no reason, the reasons are obvious even to you. Quit acting like victims, CCI brought all of it on themselves.

So true. And none of the students know how to submit a proper complaint to any regulators. I've even talked with students that expect their debt to be cancelled from long ago if the school closes today. They are hoping for the closure so they can submit the "closed school" form. In some way I didn't know which is worse: The schools stay open, so they never get to claim the closed school cancellation, OR if the school closes and they find out that they had to be a student within the last 120 days, among other restrictions. Either way, there is no way their debt was getting cancelled, yet they were holding out hope.
They don't care about student loans because they never intended to pay for it any way. The student population change cell phone companies every few months because they make a payment once or twice and go into collections. They run to another company, don't pay, fight with the company and runs to the next. They knew signing the contract with financial aid that they care one hoot about payment.
