Being a subprime employee at CCI is a good thing. It means you are not ethically challenged and you have a chance at a real job because you have at least two brain cells to rub together. So don't worry "subprime" CCI employees, just say to your future non troll employers that you were not a good job or culture fit at CCI, You were one of the few employees that wanted to do a good job and to do it ethically. You wanted to make decisions that would not be detrimental to other employees or to the students; and you did not like the idea of eating your own young. To be a "Prime" employee at CCI is just being the last rat to drown when this ship sinks for good. Just ask the morally challenged AVP's of the marketing and default call centers in Santa Ana and Colorado. Never mind, they would not be telling you the truth because they don't know what truth is.
Most of the students at Heald do not know what a checkbook register is, or how to balance it. They do know where the welfare and food stamp offices are. Subprime.
I agree with 258. The students are so out of touch with what's really going on around them to even care about the debt they are accruing. Many do not even bother researching salary info for their trade before beginning. $35K cost of loans for a medical biller and coder, and only makes between$ 9-10 an hour. Can you say "subprime student".

I am guessing that many employees are finding positions with real colleges. If they are subprime employees, it probably rubbed off on them from being constantly immersed in a subprime student population. Remember, CCI does not require entrance exam for entry like real colleges do. This leaves CCI accepting all the rejects that cannot get accepted into a real college or university. Thank all the recruiting commercials on Maury Povich and Jerry Springer.
