So there are so many obvious issues but who is going to address the needed changes? All I see are a bunch of people whining about management, but when is the last time your voice was truly heard? Suck it up or give solutions to the problems you whine about... You think you are hurting someone's feelings calling them out on here??? Well your not! who are the matrix people?
Half the people posting here are worried more about "the brand" then the students. That is why EDMC deserves to fail. Karma has just started rolling the snowball headed straight to hell. Don't let the door hit ya, where the good lord split ya!

The matrix people are still with the company for a reason, any of you jealous AR's that don't make the same money can't stand the fact that you come in now and do the same job at half the salary. If you look at numbers of matrix employees and look at your own then say they should get rid of matrix employees and cut salary. People work hard when they are paid good for it.
Ohe is keeping the brand afloat. That's why they're selling campuses. If anything they should cut the matrix people all together and continue to bring in new ar's. That would end a ton of their problems
OHE people are the only people posting here....we all agree OHE was the downfall of this company.....should just dissolve the online brands and roll with quality students at the ground schools

There is a lot of hostility here. I think that we should all just focus on doing our jobs and doing right by the students. Stop worrying about what everyone else is doing. And if you have a problem with each other, walk over to their desk and say it. This site was fun for me before but now it's just terrible rumors, propaganda and hatred. Move on, people!

I just sat five last start. What's your excuse? I help quality students. None the less I think that isn't any of your business. I do my job well and this site is for helping each other and notifying each other of what we know. Its sad how you can't use a site properly. Grow up we aren't in the matrix anymore... And it certainly isn't about how many apps you take... You my good friend are what is wrong with this company... You can take all the applications you want bit at the end of that application cycle if you don't have GOOD students then you are just wasting your time and ultimately the companies. So enjoy the app count up because that is another huge issue I have... We aren't celebrating the student instead we are celebrating ourselves.... Who cares. You did your job.. Congratulations that is what you are paid to do. What about the recognition of the student instead and our so called commitment we have to them. We can't change a company over night but we can help and truly genuinely help if one by one we change how we help our students. You act like they are still a number. When are they going to be your student?

32506 I couldn't agree more. But why just cut pay... Why do we need so much management? What do the do all day? The entire florr could be easily ran by 4 managers and one campus director. We only need one fc manager and one ac manager. We should definitely cut costs at the top of the chain because as an AR we truly are the backbone of the company but we are always the first to get cut. Another thing.. Why in the world does our compliance team do fake phone calls with us... Just use an actual call and grade us from that. Stop wasting my time when I could be doing my job and helping someone else.
OK I will bite. Here here you go lazy management trolls: Let Vets go to school for free. Make it a trade school and lower the price from 100,000 to 20,000. Stop claiming a job at the Dollar store is a accounting job. Cut management pay by 50%, reduce no teaching staff to 30%. Eliminate recruiters pay based on volume. Reject students who have a lower then 3.0 GPA. Accept only the top 1 in 3 art students based on a portfolio from high school. Dont let students attend who cant secure funding for the entire length of time it takes to get a degree. Stop making up BS degrees like iPad App design. Limit class size to 20 students. Hire industry professionals not professional teachers, no one cars about PHD or Masters except you guys. Place students in real industry jobs not fake jobs.
