Oh, and if you don't like Jobs as an example, there are plenty more. There are also many example of good turnarounds, and great turnarounds are not done in silence.

It's called being a "public" company which entails dealing with SEC violations by disclosure of "insider" info. It really baffles me how many people are clueless to this concept.
