Instructor morale is at an all time low. (ECPO) I can see why. Job or no job, sale or no sale, I'm getting out after this term. I am an instructor. Outreach is beyond the worst. I would rather go back to my old, lower paying job. After 1 year with this company, I literally cannot do it anymore.

The talking heads didn't have their shit together in time for the faculty meeting. I think the specific context and content is worthy of intense note taking. Does faculty have a plan in place for sharing notes?
I'm sorry the communication is so non-frequent. I am confident that ECPO and Heald will be sold. Not so confident in everything else. Regional accreditation is worth millions of dollars even with no students.
Yes. They have become absentee bosses.
I'm ECPO also. Our faculty meeting was canceled, and I've seen less emails from administration than ever.
I'm ECPO as well. I think I've gotten 2 emails from my boss in the last month. (Instructor) It's too quiet this term.
It's getting worse by the term.
