XEROX goal is to lay off 80% OF its American workforce by the end of 2015, and replace them offshore. The remaining 20% will manage the offshore people. Just how greedy are these people.

Xerox is not that bad at all when it comes to politics, the higher up you get it gets worse though.
There are places much more political and awkward than Xerox, I've been a consultant, saw dozens of places, trust me, Xerox is good.
