First of all, if someone wants to buy the school or schools, they should probably tour BEFORE they put in an offer. Second, if someone tours a campus, that means NOTHING. Even if there is an offer, anyone reading this will LITERALLY be the last to know. And touring a campus to buying one will 1) be difficult uphill battle at best and 2) Take at LEAST SEVEN MONTHS to complete. It's all crap.
