Director of career services and Csa salaries

Hello, I was just wondering what kind of salaries do directors of career services and career services advisors make. And location?

As a Csa, 45 in VA 13 years ago. When I was a docs, it went to 55. Then 80 plus 10k bonus was my last salary 6 years ago overseeing several campuses.getting back into the game, but live elsewhere now

So Cal - DOCS are in $65K-$85K range, CSAs are in $35K-$45K range. CSA salary range might be even more wide, as it gets tricky because of locations, workload, etc. And, I am sure you are aware that salary is not the only part of compensation, so things become even more tricky once you start crunching numbers outside of salary pay. How much do you make?

Oh no they don't make that much. They barely make ends meat to survive according to them.
