Blanca Zepeda has never been at Long Beach - maybe if she had the retention wouldn't suck - Norma Zepeda is now Norma Helm, she was as LB but now at Alhambra - I don't know about her track record, but Blanca is a tough cookie that knows her position and how to make a campus work even though she has to spend so much time with a bunch a sniveling snot nosed spoiled babies that think they deserve more than they give out.

She didn't leave because she got a promotion. She left because there was an opening ANYWHERE else. It just happened to be a step up. Long Beach is a cesspool from the CP down to 90% of the students. Seriously, the Medical students are probably the only decent people on that campus. Any employees who have left were the last of the good ones.
Just walk through admissions and you'll probably end up smelling like cheap cologne, cocoa butter and hand lotion. The males look like used car salesmen and the woman look like former strippers working their first non stripper job.
There are some decent people in career services, unfortunately they don't have much to work with when your students walk in expecting a job when they can barely read more than the tattoos on their necks. I feel bad for the cleaning crew, security and bookstore employees. They don't even work for CCI and are all probably going to lose their jobs through no fault of their own. I mean really, most of those male students can't even aim in the direction of the urinal let alone in one. And the look on their faces when the bookstore hands them a bag of books is priceless. "wait, you expect me to read?" Nice people at the bookstore but they're getting run over too.
Sorry for the rant. Back to topic. Norma was one of the good ones.
I worked with Norma and i can tell you she did't do any ass kissing. One of the better employees who worked at LB. Was trying to change it for the good.

The best ass kissers, dick suckers, and box munchers are Lillian Gonzalez, Nancy Aguillon and Diane Villa.
She left because she got a promotion - no other reason - she does kiss ass though - it isn't a pretty sight - I've seen some of that ass she kneels down for.

I knew Norma during my time at Long Beach. Very pleasant and good at her job but like most good employees at long beach, she left because of the garbage long beach hires and enrolls.
