It rox I lost 2 weeks sick time and gained 2 weeks PTO. I'll have 8 weeks in 2015 after carrying over 120 hrs lol

It's a good deal for those with hire dates at the end of the year. People with hire dates early in the year got hosed. 2 more weeks of vaction is fine with me. I never used sick time anyway.

Hope you don't plan on a January vacation, getting sick, or snowed in. We'll get 1-3 days of pto and sick combined a month. This policy blows. And is way below the Chesapeake standard.

Wow, smart on their part I guess. They won't have to pay you guys out when they lay you off like they did me back in Oct...got paid for 4 weeks of PTO on top of all the other shit. FFFUCKING idiots!

Pto rolls over on jan 1st. You now accrue time each pay period instead of getting a lump sum on your anniversary date.
