art Institute Salaries

Is it possible that a Director of Career Services can earn as high as 6 digits in California for the Art Institute? I typically see docs earning 65-maybe 75k in northern ca as a docs. Can someone confirm or give arrange of realistic salaries?

In CA our HR generalist had a temp worker filing confidential information into employee files and that temp told people the salaries that the directors were making and I was shocked. Our senior director was making 180k, career services director was at 120k and our DOA was at 100k. The funny thing is none of these people actually did anything. The ADA's worked there but off in order to not be written up for not meeting there plan. Oh and career services is a joke at AI in my honest opinion. All they do is search craigslist and pass the information to the students.
