Does anyone on the inside know when EDMC will release its Earnings Report? I don't even see a press release for the event. I know that much of the bad news is already out, but minority investors such as the Ontario Teachers Pension Program (OTPP) may not be following the day to day news. When they find out the stock has been further diluted after the 95% drop in value over the last 11 months, and that the corporation is not cutting off heads, there may be even more anger from the minority stockholders.

I don't think the report makes much of a difference at this point. I think having answers about our future is more important. I would rather know when layoffs are coming and ...
They only have until September 15th to release the earnings report no matter what. It cannot be a good one with them taking the full time to release the data. Odds are they are trying to keep the stock propped up as long as possible before the release.
It's pretty quiet.. Has to be soon I think.
