Why would anybody sign anything from these crooks? They are all a joke just like the VP at COI. Why would you help save a company that isn't worth saving??? 50
302, This is precisely what lead to CCI's demise...always worrying about what's going on in the next school's back yard instead of cleaning up its own.
Well, the first eight reply posts to this question show an amazing lack of understanding of what the proposed gainful employment rule is and how it applies arbitrary rules to all for-profit schools without applying any of those same rules to non-profit schools, even the non-profit schools that have high drop out rates and extremely low employment rates for their graduates - that is the definition of unfair.

The bonus for signing was a shot of lube from Mr. Big
I refused to sign. How about the email Jack sent in May asking we contact our Congressman to show our support for CCi during the ED investigation. I sent a reply back telling him I was going to contact my representative to continue the investigation of the school and their unethical practices.

I never heard this.
Nope. I refused to even when we had the PD Richard T. in online computers re-sent Jacko's message to all of us. Knowing the idiot students we have, there was no way I supported this initiative. Let CCi and its stipend students rot.
I have no idea what you are talking about? What gainful employee plea? Who was sent it? When?
I can honestly say I did not. It didn't sit right with me from a moral and ethical standpoint, and I remember think when I read Jack-off's email about it, "If this company is fighting regulations to make student recruitment more fair then I'm good with it going belly up"... Then mid-June came, and here we are...
