Why? CCI will close or sell by the end of the year. Nothing will change that.
It wi t do any good anyway. Nothing happens so far and they just keep plugging along without a care in the world!

I disagree. Criminal acts would be better reported to the US Dept of Ed's Office of Inspector General. They enforce criminal laws related to fraud against ED.
