So true 43506. As an ex employee, there is life outside of EDMC! Take this advice, do not live in fear, control your own future. See the writing on the wall if you are that worried. It's not worth making yourself sick.
Everyone on here needs to calm down. It may be a good thing it get laid off. You may find some relief. You may find life is better not always living in fear. My advice is to ride it out and start looking for a plan B. If you find something before getting the axe , great! If not it's not the end of the world. Money may be tight, but you will find something else. EDMC is not a real employer. They want their employees to live in fear. A real employer respects their people and wants a good safe environment. Dont let this monster ruin your life. EDMC is not worth stressing over. They will evetually get thier karma.
