only the ops people get big bumps, and the hot chicks...and yes I know, I see the numbers, the management bullshit runs deep - I get a 4.x-5 every year and get the "i know it isn't much bit you are the top in the department" bull doo...they think they are so much smarter, in a non cool, condescending way that really pisses me off. meanwhile, the same dick that told me that, got 10% and some bonus money. if you don't like it leave, that is my plan, just keep hittin this fatty until i find something better...the sweet justice is that these mid level mgmt people are stuck, l3 pays more than other places for their unnecessary skills and none of them have any marketable worthwhile, it is an empire building company that rewards mediocraty

People do question the big bonuses of upper management which already earns well over 6 figures. And what good does it do?
