582 - we've always had really high attrition in Tampa, but it's gotten worse and worse. At this point all of the really good people are gone (except me of course - ha ha!). It's depressing around here. Hope things are better for you guys!

44538 - Trust me, NOBODY spends more time on these boards than DS, he is absolutely obsessed with this place! Not only have I (and others) seen it up on his computer many times, but when we overhear him having conversations it's usually about thelayoff.com. To be quite honest, he's never done much work, and you really don't want to know what we USED to always see on his computer screen when we had to go in! Seriously, you DO NOT want to know. Guy is messed up!

I can still remember all the soldiers that left the battle, managers and supervisors, feel sorry for them because they might still perturbed; YG(quit), TG(quit), KE(quit), MS(quit), BD (fired), JC(quit), SLS(quit), DD(quit), CP(fired), VO(fired), SW(quit), GB(quit), JR(fired), now CR(quit or fired) who knows who is next? I feel bad for Tampa. He would only come to CO 4 time a year for town hall meetings. He always poured on the sugar and came off as Mr. Nice guy. Not this last time though. Holy cow he was a lying douche. More like a 2 year old that didn't get his nap then the vp of a spectacular, golden, independent company.
Oh, shit. People are being pretty blunt with their opinions on here (not that I disagree with anything). He's gonna read this over the weekend and be in a foul mood on Monday. I need to consider calling in sick, and weigh that against how he always assumes that people don't get sick on Mondays. I haven't had a sick day since May, so maybe I won't get fired over it.

398 -- you can basically see his resume on LinkedIn. Despite his claims, he used to not have the company listed, but does now. I'm guessing someone else (KD?) also reads this site and wasn't happy. According to him, he is "able to enter any environment and assess current techniques and systems to design creative, strategic solutions to increase productivity and revenue while reducing expenses." Sounds a bit flowery but I'll buy the part about increasing productivity and decreasing expenses. That guy could squeeze blood out of a turnip, and I was one of his managers so I should know! The part that I'm just not buying is that he "creates infrastructures to maximize technology and training, resulting in increased morale and superior customer service." Morale? Customer service? Oh, Dave, are you on drugs?
Hee, hee, hee, I'll join in. Hiya Dave -- we got your resume last week. Wow, while I was at Socle I totally underestimated your workload and accomplishments! You are truly, truly amazing! Not sure how it happened, but our hiring team has decided to remove you from consideration. It was probably because we were just too much in awe of you to let you work here. You would totally outshine (or at least out yell) the rest of us. Probably a good thing for you, since it's become so crystal clear that Socle is the golden goose, right?

393: Here in Tampa we get a lot more exposure to Dave's particular brand of bat-shit crazy. Sometimes he just goes off on someone and even though he's in a closed office pretty far from our work areas, we still can't get anything done due to the noise. I can't tell you how many abused employees have run out in tears, mostly (of course!) females. That guy is one serious misogynist! It's behavior that wouldn't be tolerated even once in any other industry/company that I've worked at, but he just keeps getting promoted for it. Sick, sick company! Oh, and I can't forget -- Hiya, Dave, how's it going today in Doucheville?
I'm going to be fair and say that until his last trip out here to CO I always actually liked DS. When he showed up this last time he showed his true colors. 1 1/2 hours in a conference room just listening to him rant about the layoff. That is literally all he did. He was pissed that anyone questioned how Socle does things. Pissed that anyone even dares to think Socle won't be a strong, independent company. Made tons of claims that we would sign like 10 big clients by November. Said the Heald and Everest sales would be announced in 2 weeks (2 weeks from the meeting date a month ago). He was really pissed that someone said he'd changed his linkedin, yelled that he had never changed it. Funny thing is, he seemed most pissed that we use initials when talking about management. Accused us all of being "pretty stupid" if we think he doesn't know it's him we're talking about. Hey DAVE, the reason I always used initials is because real employees would know who I was talking about and trolls don't need to know your real name because they might harass you. But since that offends you and you think I'm just stupid, I'll be more than happy to put your real name on blast.
