Thread regarding Follett layoffs

two more gone experienced employees with greater than 10 years experience

Heard two more accountants are gone, not sure if they left on own, were forced out or laid off.

Negativity at Follett towards a team or an employee doesn't led to try and find out what may help to define their roles and measurements to define what was asked. No that is not how they operate it's unwarrant resons fo ridicule, ostracize, and persecute

I don't think we have look for motive to leave. Who really wants to stay? I think we can all agree that voluntary resignation is management's goal for a long tenured employees.

Obviously as long term employees, they may have left on their own but their was a reason they now with the new leadership. There are lots of changes coming to finance with the new CFO's and there is so much negativity expressed about accounting.

They both resigned. They were not fired or laid off. Good for them, they found better jobs.
