XEROX goal is to lay off 80% OF its American workforce by the end of 2015, and replace them offshore. The remaining 20% will manage the offshore people. Just how greedy are these people.

Maybe they should start with the folks at the top and work their way down.
Upper management very greedy, they think that the people in Guatemala can do the same jobs as the people in America. I was one of the people being laid off, cannot wait until it is thrown back into their faces. Hope it is very soon.
They call it "redundancy", like we are robots - I hate that word, layoff seems to be a much better choice.
2015 will be our worst year on record and we'll remember it as the year of layoffs. I do not have any reliable info on this, but I really thing that it'll be pretty bad in 2015 because the whole economy will go into recession and we'll see a ton of layoffs not only at Xerox but at other companies as well.
It's the same everywhere nowadays.
