"Harsh tactics" is a far cry from the dishonesty, lies, and deception of Jack(ass) and all his friends. ECMC is a bill collector. When people fall behind on their debts they frequently claim that the bill collector is using "harsh tactics." Big deal - not really.
From all that subprime debt, ECMC will ride in with fists full of cash.
