With Datron's worthless VP of Operations Terry Sana and the declining business at Datron Layoffs are coming. I got out of this place before the things spiral completely out of control. 2 years ago Upper management hired this complete waste(Sana) who is managing operations, he has destroyed moral in the manufacturing team, treats staff members horribly and is zero value added to the organization. He will never be removed from the organization because he is golfing buddies with the president. What a Joke, glad I am out of here!

Finally a place where truth is told. The VP of operations "sana" has successful pissed off every department with his bull like behavior. He adds no value to any part of the organization along with most of the incompetent managers who are never held accountable for their actions or mistakes. Because datron has not gotten rid of Sana only proves one of three things from the corner Office: 1) the corner office can't admit he made a huge mistake and hired the worst possible person for the VP of operations, 2) they ae golfing buddies and he is a good old boy and protected, or 3 the corner office is completely out of touch with the damage he causes and I am sure have not accurately addressed the issues to build a case to can his ass.
Its all a huge joke.
