What ever happened with the POS program?

Last I heard it was 'red'.

Offshore gets PAID to do QA. They just don't find the defects leaving it up to the stores to find and report them.

Um no the reality is QA is done in production in the stores, the stores are now not only the retailers, the mini warehouse centers, the complaint department, ever changing save the sale strategies, now the roles exceed to QA. All this with cuts in staffing.

Well they are having the stores doing the QA. It doesn't work.

Is this the Oracle based system that would be modified to work with tablets? Had to dig for that, really cool, but beta testing with only a single unit per top 50 performing retail stores in FHEG? forget dipping a toe into the water, that's dipping an eyelash.

I just keep wondering when/if the Follett family is ever going to figure out they are not getting what they paid for. These outside consultants may have a 'cheap' hourly rate but you don't get much for the money. Is Follett ever going to look at more than just the hourly cost?

Plugging along. More dollars invested and more external consultants from India. "New" timeline launched to hide they missed the original.
