Same result regardless of the company. Quite being fooled by the intial upfront cost savings. Long term this will fail and already has at Follett. 2 years and no successes to show.
IBM thought it could save a lot of money using IT personnel (from guess where). Once a respected giant is now being sued over failed IT projects from Queensland, Mexico, Bridgestone Co and others. It's a shame and shameless at the same time.

Retalon automated QTC = less text managers. They got another horse just like this called OMS. Neither will have a positive return.
Retalon is the automated system of algorhythms that was designed to make QTC decisions and automatically shift inventory for fheg stores in addition to placing automated PO runs and wantlisting without store input. Been a flop each year but if you beat a dead horse enough I suppose the spasms of the corpse might convince others the horse is still alive.
