Be thankful! Be thankful you have a skill set and knowledge base that can be used and appreciated elsewhere. Be thankful that you have common sense and individuality. Be thankful for the bullseye on your back and the conjuring up of lies....clearly you are a threat! Be thankful that your skill set is so phenomenal you can have side hustles, draw unemployment, be stress free, make your own rules/schedule and still make 80K. Be thankful you are getting interviews for companies more reputable and more successful than Follett. Be thankful you document like a court reporter and although the EEOC and Department of Human Rights also clearly see discrimination, you are at peace and just glad your exit strategy worked. Be thankful for having haters, backstabbers and limiting groupthink. Be thankful that karma is a bad bitch.
