What is going on here? I was interviewed for a job in Charleston, SC and never heard another word, this was in late October, about 6 weeks ago. I hadn't heard anything of an impending bankruptcy or going out of business until I tried to logon onto the EDMC website. To be honest, you are better off not getting hired by EDMC at this point.
Most likely that AI Charleston was not making it's numbers and rather than to hire you only to have to lay you off later.... At least your still living in the Charlseton area I presume, it's cool...
Exactly as Anonymous51583 said. EDMC only hires the absolute cream of the crop. Many apply, few are chosen.
Maybe you just weren't qualified? Just because you interviewed doesn't mean you're promised a job.
