Any thoughts on the VP'S that left Sears / Kmart to go to Follett? Seems we're turning into a sinking ship and these people couldn't care less about their employees.

After screwing up our company, the only way they can get jobs is by hiring each other. Look at the damage they did to Sears/kmart and they will bring that same talent to your company. And don't expect them to own up to any mistakes, constantly blame others.
ROFL. We heard leadership heading over to Follett and looking for others to go with them. What you can expect is lots of talk, little action and no new ideas. BTW, rumor is more are headed your way in middle management positions.
