They need to maintain customer service and auxiliary functions like financial aid processing and CV IT. They're planning on cutting tuition a lot, so the ones at risk will def be the regionals and divisionals. Middle management is the first to go when cutting expenses.

They are looking to bring over around 6k employees ... maybe 7k. There are approximately 10k remaining. You would need to back out Canada, cali, Heald and 1 wyo from that number. Those at the campus level will all transfer. Minimal initial risk at regional and divisional level (could see reduction down the line). Reduction is at the csc level and call center. Very stressful time ... wish all the best.
