What's student participation like at other branches of Everest (or the whole of CCI for that matter)? I'm in the online division and have seen a big drop in participation, even from last quarter. I'm just curious how big the drop off is at this point.

Wonder how many student requested drops are in that 80K? How long is CCi holding the drops to pad the numbers?
The Socle ED site is still up and claims that our enrollment is over 80K, but we are currently at less than half of that. From what I've been hearing, many of the remaining students aren't participating and are being kept on the books to just get the sale through. It will be up to ECMC to deal with a massive amount of drops and fails once they're in. I'm thinking it will be quite a shock to them, and it'll be interesting to see how they handle it.
These students are not rejects from other campuses...that was a few terms ago. Everest is now scraping the wood out of the bottom of the barrel to extract students from homeless shelters promising them "the dream" including a laptop and cash money to spend.
It is swell because these "students", and I use the term loosely, barely show up and when they do "der reedin an ritin s egselent!"
They're scraping the bottom of the barrel right now. All that are left are rejects from other for-profits.
