1/5/2015 is the date of the cut over. HR is all ready testing the change over on the test HRS/FMS systems.
I wish the deal would be squashed, but this Administration wants it done so it will get done. All of you who are 1 or 2 time Obama voters remember this when you walk to the polls next time for a President. He is the root of the problem and called for this to come to fruition with his Campaign speeches, etc. ONE is profiting from this regulation....mark my words.

"Pending" can mean a lot of different things. Just because the sale of your house is pending doesn't mean that it will close.
Not the OP, but perhaps he/she means this (quoted from a letter from 3 US Congressmen to the ED) by "pending" being more than just "pending sale":
"Serious consideration should be given before transitioning management of Corinthian's campuses from one company that profited off deceptive lending practices to an umbrella company that also has a checkered history in student loans."

OP, what are you thinking! Pending does not mean "may not go through ", pending means "pending". We all know the deal is awaiting final approval.
