Did the suits give any new update today on the ECMC purchase of those selected Everest campuses?

Anonymous45038: I haven't heard about just some schools but you could be right. I know Canada and Heald is not part of the sale but Socle is. Heald may be purchased at a later date by ECMC but that is unknown. Hopefully in 24-30 hours we will know for sure.
It's not a secret that ECMC intends to purchase a couple dozen Everest campuses. Vendors have already been notified of the implied purchase. Just as it was known months in advance of the US Airways and American Airlines merger.
Insider trading only applies to those who are proven to have capitalized on the sale or purchase of a stock
Word of caution... You DO NOT have to be under NDA to be charged with insider trading related crimes.

I know the sale is going on because of the dealings I have had with HR, the different states that require printed transcripts due to change in owndership, preparing the documentation of licenses. I will be the one laughing when the proof comes out. I could careless what you think and it will all come out very soon.
I agree with 911. Could is the key word for Wednesday. However, the sale is going to happen -- it is just a matter of time. It is going to be a painful day for all of the haters on this site. The haters that left -- you are not going to have much too talk about.

I have all the links where I posted the same info from early August to today that has the same message of ECMC. It is not insider trading because I am not under a NDA and all I have to say is it was rumors. Why wouldn't ECMC be a better employer?
The 8-K could, COULD, go out tomorrow on the purchase of everything except Heald and Canada schools. Socle is included in the purchase. Not going to be good news for haters. BTW I am not under any NDA just assisting in the process of transfer of ownership.

Why do you ask such a stupid question? If the "suits" knew they legally couldn't say anything. Everybody on this site that says they know something really doesn't. In the end, what does it matter? If you think that ECMC is going to be a better employer, think again!!!!
