Wouldn't you take a loss on your stock, despite the cost, if it means keeping your ass out of jail? You can't put a price on freedom, Eddie is a prime example of that. By delisting the stock, he's trying to avoid personal liability. Not like these assholes aren't shady enough as it is.

If I were Ed West, I would be a little concerned. He's a hated man in the city, and it's public knowledge where he lives in Sewickley.
