LOL they should advertise at parole offices and rave parties to fill these jobs. And I hope the new employees don't expect anyone to welcome them or to provide direction. Unless of course you have done something wrong (due to lack of direction). Then the beatings intensify. Yes, definitely lots of exciting opportunities with a robustly criminal organization!

Wow, it's almost as though I wrote the description of the company and an exec said "Write it just like she did, but...the exact opposite."

Who do you have in HR? Morons. Dr. Stupid Martin is the hussy who handles HR in FL. Who are they hiring for leaders? Anyone with a pulse. You worked as a shift manager at Dunkin' Donuts? You're hired. So what you have no experience in teaching. Take MP, the Dean of Gen. Ed. He taught kindergarten. Wow, what an impressive background. Let's make him Dean of General Education. Oh, wait. Who promoted MP? Stupid, moody Tina, who promotes her friends, who has a degree from Capella, another online diploma mill, although a much more successful one than EUO. Look at the qualifications of our leaders. How did they get those jobs, exactly? They either slept their way to the top, got there through affirmative action quotas, or they're "yes" people, zombies who have no original thought, but blindly follow illogical, ever-changing orders. And, the technology? e-freaking-college? So 1980s. Talisma? That was a genius move, too. Yeah, sign me up to buy Everest.

Employees are resigning faster than they can keep track. What's this cutting edge technology they speak of? This company is so

Far behind technology its pathetic.

Leadership is questionable at CCI. Do they just hire anyone that says "I am a leader! I'll lead you right over the cliff! Come on lemmings!"

HR is too busy processing voluntary resignations to have time for the jobs board.

The job board is outdated. They have jobs listed for the Milwaukee campus which closed in 2013.

I was wondering what HR's role was as I've found them totally unresponsive on several occasions with legitimate and well documented issues. Well, the job description says it all: "Typical problems that are required to be solved in this job:

• Terminations – to ensure business unit success provide oversight in the performance management process that includes assessing the appropriate activities and procedures" with the other two 'typical problems' basically involving making sure no location is overstaffed.
