People are trying to jump ship. I have talked to other business and when I say I am from Follett they mention they have seen a LOT of resumes from there.

I think that just means they were told to pursue other opportunities. When you are a senior leader, you get time to find a job before you are on the street.

Many people are probably looking, and all of IT should be looking. The only difference is that for some folks they provide an opportunity to find a job before they lay them off.
