so if no layoffs occurred today in our site, there will be none this month? i really hope that's NOT what you are saying
It is the first Wednesday in Nov and layoffs happened in former COO leftover groups not swept up in Jul-Sep Reorgs.
Band 6-3 associates impacted.
Hmmm never noticed that either. Hoping its tomorrow and I'm on the list.
That makes sense! I did notice in our department it was usually wednesday, with a few Thursday's thrown in...and looking back the Thursday's did include management!
Wednesdays for regular Associates, Thursdays for management. If both, they seem to wait until Thursdays.
Its usually Thursdays
First Wednesday in November....who makes the cut!
WARN Notices can be obtained online, Google. Unfortunately, Notices are not combined for national notices/layoff totals but filed separately for each state. For example, just search for "warn notice texas" and select Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN). Scroll to section WARN Notices and you'll see the Excel file for 2014. I've added the address below that should take you directly to the WARN Notice page.

Bank of America layoffs 2014: the year of deep cuts and less money for people and more money for executives. BOA is greedy and does not care about employees.
I wish I knew
Where can I find a list with all WARN notices that Bank of America filed?
Nov 14 is the date. Of my wedding anniversary.
