Fillet doesn't know how to change it up correctly.
Some companies do well when "changes it UP" as Wall Street understands it does not produce positive results when the "change is DOWN" occurs.

I am a new hire, and I think Follett is a great place to be, and moving in the right direction. Sometimes companies need to change it up.
No one I love know cares. We say the right things and lie.
We have lots of money for VPs. Just fire a bunch of regular employees.
I don't know anyone who think Follett is a good place to be anymore. Most of these jobs are never even posted, not that they would ever promote from within.

The Follett family will get all that they deserve as the value of the company plummets and the carpetbaggers move on. I'm glad and so are my coworkers. We hate what Follett had become.
They fire low level employees and bring in their buddies from Sears, kmart or Office Max for director or VP positions. Internal job postings are crap. They already have their buddy lined up for that job, so don't waste your time by applying for it.
