I don't think it could be any worse for Follett employees. IT outsourcing, and other home office layoffs, elimination of store positions, hiring of all kmart executives and no bonues. Follett is in much worse shape than Staples. The employees should not be taking a dump on the store floors. As always Follett employees (those that are left) are a step up from other retailers.
